PLANNING - Storyboard (rough sketch, digital and animatic)

Before creating the digital and animatic storyboards i decided to draw a rough sketched storyboard to sharpen my thoughts on the shots and camera angles before capturing photos. Here it is:

The digital storyboard:

 

 The digital storyboard displays the shots we will be using but does not resemble the actors/actresses and external factors such as the setting/lighting etc. I (nicole) am in place for the 'mother' and Mukhtar is in place for the psychiatrist/counseller. We are planning to stick to the story board as much as possible however during filming there may be some extra shots if we get ideas on the spot or if anything doesn't go to plan.

The animatic storyboard:

 

The shots towards the end are much shorter as in the thriller opening they will only be snappy shots of what has already happened to shot the next sequence of the film is in the past.
