PLANNING - First (not detailed) initial thoughts

As a group we have discussed what our opening may be about. We are quite unclear and unsure on a specific story line however we are interested in doing a psychological or mystery thriller. It could be along the lines of searching for a person which creates mystery and suspense whereby the audience involves themselves in trying to get to the bottom of a situation.
